OPTIMIZED ATHLETE PROGRAM
Our Optimized Athlete Program is an 8 week training cycle focused on performance development for all athletes grades 7 - 12. While the program focuses on all key performance attributes like speed, strength, agility, and position specificity, we also emphasize athlete longevity through a variety of injury prevention and recovery techniques to ensure that not only are the athletes performing at their highest capacity, but also able to do so for every practice and every game.
Because we limit the number of participants in each cycle and each session time, we are able to guarantee that every single athlete will receive the quality coaching and attention that they deserve and that they need to excel.
