OPTIMIZED ATHLETE PROGRAM
Our Optimized Athlete Program provides year-around training for performance development for all athletes grades 6 - 12. While the program focuses on all key performance attributes like speed, strength, agility, and position specificity, we also emphasize athlete longevity through a variety of injury prevention and recovery techniques to ensure that not only are the athletes performing at their highest capacity, but also able to do so for every practice and every game.
The program is available with frequencies of up to 2 days per week or up to 4 days per week to accommodate both in-season and off-season training. Get started today to take the next step toward performance optimization!
